| Do I have to pay sales tax? |

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in our home state of Pennsylvania.
Please note that due to the volume of plants we sell, we are able to offer a 6% PA Tax Discount on all plant orders sold in the state of Pennsylvania. (This will be the equivalent of the original PA State tax amount taken from your order.)
We still have to charge you PA Tax for your order (this applies to PA shipments only), but the final cost to you will be the equivalent of a 6% discount. This offer is for plants only, as you'll still have to pay the tax on all the Dry Goods items you order. Again, this applies to PA shipments only. |

| When will my credit appear on my account? |

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
If your item was shipped from the manufacturer, it can take upwards of 30 days for a credit to appear on your account. You may have to wait for your card's next billing cycle for your credit to appear. |
| When will my credit card be charged? |

Your credit card will be charged between 24 hours prior to shipment, and 48 hours after shipment of your order. |
